Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging when possible.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email support@ribbitzco.com with your order number and a short explanation of the issue.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@ribbitzco.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or video of the issue
  • A short description of what happened

We will review the issue and help with the next steps.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, used items, damaged items caused by misuse, and items not in returnable condition may not be eligible for return.
