Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

After your order is processed, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email when available.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, email support@ribbitzco.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to help before the order ships.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside our control.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building office, mailroom, front desk, or local carrier.
